Hi Everyone,
I’m posting this pictures of two postcard prints I had original bought in Home Goods for the shore house family room. My question to you is could thes be used in the spare bedroom in the new house. The bed is black wrought iron with the pale yellow nightstands in the second picture. Open to all comments.

1. Hi Janice,
I think the prints would look great in your guestroom. The black frames and black iron bed would work well. There is some gold or yellow in the prints to pick up on the nightstands. Very nice. I love your cute tulip pillows on your sofa. I didn’t see a second picture. Its probably just me.

2. Hi Janice,

I agree with Cathy. First, let me say that I really like theses tulip pillows with the gray and white stripe sofa. They tend to bring excitement to the room.

I agree that the prints would go well in your guest room as you have described it. Everything is going to be absolutely great as you complete your decorating.

Good luck to you!

4. HI Janice, I love everything — i would use a dark color pillow- black with a dash of red to pick up the color in the prints—& use the same color red in the flowers….:-) susanne

5. Just a few suggestions for you living room, from a novice. I would suggest that you have a large red-oriented centerpiece on the coffee table, red floral arrangement on end table, and lamp set atop big red-brown books with a tasssel around the neck of ginger jar. What about a lovely area run under the coffee table. Also use some big red stripped pillows with the tulip ones. I know you asked about the bedroom (which will look nice–accentuate the lighthouse theme of the pictures),, but thouht this might be of interest to you for the living room that I could see.

6. I agree with all. I think they would look lovely in a guestroom. And you could also play off of the lighthouse theme that is in the background.
