One of my husband’s true passions is salt water fishing. He has been very successful, and we always enjoy fresh fish in our home. However, even tho he has caught and “tagged’ a white marlin and a sailfish, the ever popular blue marlin has slipped passed him every time….Just before Christmas I found this metal replica in HomeGoods. Although it is not really a blue marlin, I nicknamed him “Mr. Blue”, and hung him over a doorway in our home! Mr. Blue also hides our doorbell….(why do they put those things in the most prominent places?) Maybe he will bring luck to my husband this season….

1. I like Mr.. Blue’s name. My friends had a marlin on their wall growing up. Not sure if they bought it at HomeGoods but I doubt they caught it themselves.
