3. Hi Cathy, I love the deep red colored chairs. My home is currently done in sage green & creams throughout the house, I would love to incorporate the deep red shades into it but have yet found the perfect pieces to bring home. I’m looking for a quilt made up with these colors to break in the reds…just playing it safe for now.

Sorry you missed out on the chair you liked. I tell people if you see something you like, get it then or it will be gone. You have 30 days to return it if you decide not to keep it. You might try other HomeGoods in your area. Maybe call first and describe what you saw and if they have the same thing to hold it for you. Good luck!

Your home sounds lovely. Yes, sometimes it takes a while to find just the right pieces. Keep looking they will turn up, usually when your not looking for them or don’t have money to buy them right then. LOL. The quilt would be nice, Make one with all the right colors!!!

5. I am searching for a casual buffet for my informal dining area. I want it to have cabinets (closed or glassfront) for my cookbooks and drawers for table linens and flatware. I see one that I like at Pottery Barn, but it is so expensive. The ones I have seen at the Moroga store have either all cabinets or cabinets and only one drawer. Any suggestions?

The picture of the “settee” is exactly what I”m looking for, as my living room is small. The colors are perfect..but my 2 only local stores don’t have it…Can you tell me the store location you found it in…?
Do you know if the store will ship from one store to another out of state store..@ the customers expense.? I have family in the chicago area
in case I spot something @ a store there.

The Settee in the photo came from the Tustin/ Irvine, California, TJ Maxx/HomeGoods store. Just opened. I don’t know if the stores will ship from store to store but I will ask. I was just at that store a few days ago and it was still there. You can find their phone # on the website and call and ask about shipping. Let me know if I can help.

10. Hi Cathy..I’m also in So Cal. Whittier and recently was “introduced” to Home Goods..it seems like I hit that store weekly and have been bringing my shopping buds there too!!! I know what it is like to see something you want and it is not there the next time. I found some Robins Egg blue dinner plates, that looked like the Longaberger ones I wanted. I bought them and was going to go back for the bowls and salad plates..they were gone!! I was so bummed. Anyways I have been to the Yorba Linda and Seal Beach stores but where is the one in Tustin? I would love to go there and see if they have my plates/bowls. Thanks

Sorry you wern’t able to get the other dishes in Whittier. The new HomeGoods is in the Tustin/ Irvine area. (right where the BIG Blimp Hangers are built). Off the 5 freeway , exit and go right onto Jamboree Blvd.Then right onto Barranca. Its in the new, “The District” shopping center. I hope you can find them there. They sound lovely. Good Luck!

The best thing you can do to find something like a furniture maker you saw at HGs. is to go to the Customer Service area on the HomeGoods site. They can direct you or give you information.

13. i found a loveseat by Mara, cost 399 at TJ Maxx.

15. We have bought a house in the Villages, Florida and would love to be able to shop at a Home Goods. The Villages is an over 55 town with approx. 30,000 homes and everyone is looking for furniture & all the extras for our homes. HOME GOODS is missing out big time.

17. To # 5 Donna, Not sure where to send you. Many times if you take a picture to a local furniture maker or someone that does woodworking they can build you a piece exactly the way you want it, and many times its cheaper than what you’d pay for in a store. Keep checking HomeGoods also, I’ve seen pieces like that there for really good prices.

last year I purchased an antique Chinese desk from a non local Home goods with the tag Hudson James on it. I then googled that name and a sight came up saying Global Antiques with several categories of furniture and decorative material from places I believe this company would shop. This sight has no way to contact the source. I am interested in several pieces I see on the sight and if Home Goods supplies the items from this company, how can I locate the shop or place I can get the specific item I see on that sight? Also I would like to know which Home goods have this merchandise. I live in NJ (Chester) and would travel to find what I’m looking including other states, for or have it trucked in.
The pieces I see on that Global sight that comes up when i google the name Hudson James Collection is listed under furniture and is the book case N6339 and L 3498 and P5834I am also interested in other items but no point listing them if this is not connected with Home goods in some way.
