I went shopping at my favorite store with one of my clients and her sister. We saw beautiful Christmas wreaths that would be perfect to grace any door. They both admitted that the wreaths that they had at home were in the “done stage”. They had put the same wreaths on their doors for a few years. They were both shocked at the inexpensive prices and we all concluded that they were quite beautiful and far less expensive with great quality. As we looked around, we noticed that Christmas decorations were going fast. I suggested that they not hesitate and buy their Christmas wreaths now, because in a few weeks the selection would be quite limited. As a result, they both loved what they saw, really loved the prices and made their purchases.
We traditionally put up Christmas decorations (at least on the outside) the day before Thanksgiving or the day after. Decorations stay up until after New Years Day. We can then be assured of a long holiday. These are their choices:

Before they are hung, the wreaths will be tied with wide red velvet-like wired ribbon that will accentuate the decoration. I like all of these, but which of these would be your choice or would you choose otherwise?¼/p>
1. I prefer the last one shown — the greenery wreath smocked with snow and red applies and pinecones attached. I’ll check them out when I am in the store!

2. I am trying to find two gold glasses. I saw them at Home Goods Arlington, Virginia, but when I went back they were gone. Can you help me in finding them. We are celebrating out 50th wedding anniversary and they would be most appropriate. The entire glass was gold in and outside. Please help.

3. These are gorgeous wreaths. I encourage your readers to make sure they provide good storage for them when the season is done. There are a whole slew of storage options for wreaths nowadays. If you are storing them in the basement, garage or attic use the plastic wreath boxes available for under $10.00 at department stores. If you are storing indoors, I like the wreath bags (cloth or plastic) that are available because when the wreaths are in use, the bags can fold flat leaving that storage space free for gifts or extra pantry items for the holidays.

4. Hi Betty,
We understand that you have been trying to locate glasses. As an off-price retailer, we make every effort to keep our prices low, and our costs down, so that we can pass these savings on to our customers. For this reason, we do not provide a service of tracking merchandise. In addition, we do not have the privilege of ordering specific merchandise from our vendors. To locate the glasses, we suggest that you continue to check with the stores in your area directly. We would be happy to provide you with store locations in your area. If you would like a store list, please call our Customer Service Department directly at 1-800-888-0776.
Sincerely,

5. Hi Carol,
Great response!! I think that a few people will prefer the look of snow on the wreath that reminds them of a White Christmas. I like all of them, but I have a special affection for the same one that you selected. This is such a wonderful time of year!
Thanks for your sharing! Get to the store soon and get yours. You’ll be glad that you did (smile). Let us hear from you again.
Prepare for a wonderful holiday!

6. Hi Joan,
I agree with you, they are gorgeous wreaths. The prices were so reasonable and I couldn’t get over how they have compared to some of the high-end stores. Your suggestions for preservation, are excellent! I know that those who share in the site will accept your advice with tremendous gratitude. What you have shared will benefit all of us when we are putting decorations away after the holidays. I have been using the plastic bags that that are put in the tall kitchen trash cans. They have been easy to use because they can hold large wreaths and the closure is easy.
I looked at your website. It’s great! You have wonderful ideas for organization. I hope that many will seek out your service when in need. The problem is that many times we are in need and don’t even know it. Good luck to you and keep on sharing. Thank you for taking the time!

7. Love the wreaths Betty,
They are such a joy to see hanging on a door. I love to walk my neighborhoods and see how people have decorated for the holidays.
The wreath is a symbol of the circle of love we have for each other, especially now at the Holidays.
Thanks for sharing them.

You are so right! The wreaths are such a welcoming addition to find on the door. It is so wonderful to see all of the doors and homes decorated. It says a lot about that circle of love. We need that love to continue even after the holidays. I just love these wonderful holiday decorations and celebrations!
As always, thank you for sharing. As Alli said before, you always know what to say.

11. I love the amaryllis wreath! It’s something I’ve never seen before. The colors are just right for the holidays. It’s a new take on just having an amaryllis plant in the house. Great creation!

12. Hi Linda,
You’re right! That was the first time that I saw the amaryllis in the fashion of a wreath. It is a beautiful design! The client was putting that wreath inside the house over the fireplace. She felt that it was too delicate looking to put it on the front door of her home. It is strong enough to be hung inside or outside.
Keep in touch and keep sharing. Have a wonderful and Happy Holiday!!!

13. I think I liked the last wreath best too. I liked reading why different readers liked different wreaths. You have great ideas to get people involved with you on the site. You must have so much fun trying out all of your ideas and sharing them with others especially at this time of year. Have a peaceful and fun filled holiday

14. Hi Gwen,
I do enjoy this HG site! Thank you for your wonderful comments. Like the other people you chose the last wreath. I would have chosen the same wreath for the outside, but for hanging inside, I might have chosen the amaryllis wreath. You are quite perceptive! Thanks loads for contacting us at this time. It is a great time to share with you and others, because it’s a very festive time that generates feedback and that gets us all excited about the holidays.
Keep in touch and have a great Christmas!
Betty
