I am so excited to be a featured blogger for the holidays! This is my favorite season, my favorite time, so I can’t wait to create a forum to share all of our holiday ideas, traditions, and stories. I want my blog to be your home for the holidays. Welcome Home!

By trade, I am an interior designer, host, and general home enthusiast. I thrive helping all sorts of people create personal spaces within all sorts of budgets. I also work with Rachael Ray on her daytime show, where I share ideas on how everyone can create beautiful, fun, personal spaces. I love how each home tells a story, and can’t believe how much I learn with every project. Variety is spice of life, right?

I love everything about the home. I enjoy entertaining guests, making them feel comfortable, and making a cozy, warm place for me and my little family. Here we are (me; Stephen; our hairless dog, Baloo; and cats, Henwin and Miss Kitty):

Whether we admit it or not, our homes are the most important places in the world to each and every one of us. And I believe, just as HomeGoods does, that you don’t have to break the bank to make your home, and specifically your holidays beautiful and memorable – whatever the look you’re going for.

And whatever the look, to me the most memorable traditions are the deeply personal ones – so I want to hear from all of you. Does your family have any unique holiday traditions? Special dishes? Do you have any exciting entertaining or decorating tips? Share them with the rest of us. Lets make this holiday season one to remember!

LOVE IT Do you LOVE IT?
