My daughter is redecorating her home and has expressed her desire to  receive interesting wall decor for Christmas presents that would accentuate the greecian design in her home.  The gifts that I have purchased are wall decoration that reminds me of the remains from a greecian temple that are mounted on a beautiful board that simulates dark brown wood with an intersting design.

I was able to find these two matching 26 x 18 art pieces from my favorite store and I was stunned to see the cost. I was able to get the quality without paying the price. These are not bright and colorful, but the faux stone look is really unique and makes one believe that there are preserving historical ruins with great beauty .

Wall decor can make a great gift.  The prices do not have to be expensive and you can surprise someone with something wonderful.  You can get any kind of design that you choose.  Just find out the interest of the person that you are buying for, know their color scheme for the room and learn what their favorite design might be.  Wall decor can make a great gift.

1. Hi Betty,

These are great, they look like architectural relief fragments. Even though they are reproductions, they still give that great feel of antiquity.
I’m sure your daughter will love them. They would look great in any style of decor, from Old World to Contemporary. A nice choice. Thanks for sharing them.

2. Hi Cathy,

Thank you so much! There were so many great pieces and so much to choose from, I struggled over what design that I saw might be the best. When my daughter was here the last time, she instructed me that if I see something similar to what I had purchased for my home, she wanted me to get it for her.

Thanks loads for your comments! They are always appreciated. You have enormous talent and expertise that supersedes your presence.

Again, friend, Happy Holiday!!!

4. Hi Alli,

Thanks so much! I am just shipping the package off today so that it might arrive in Florida prior to Christmas. I’m trying to make good timing. I have a few other things, but I’m trying to take as little as possible when I go to visit before Christmas.

Again, have a wonderful time on Thanksgiving day and all of the days that follow. Be blessed!
