I try to take a break from an increasingly busy schedule and get out and walk everyday. It seems to relax, revive and refocus, as work demands, arise during this time of year.
Walking through my area, the summer is giving way to fall. I walk around this lake and fall is painting a beautiful picture.
Although we’ll have warm weather for awhile, the days have become shorter and the the sun sits a little lower in the sky, adding to the changing seasonal atmosphere. Homes in the neighborhood are announcing the season with additions of yellow and orange popping up on doors and in yards.
It’s hard to see summer go, but the holiday season is always exciting, energizing and exhausting (in a good way). If you get a chance to get out and walk, look at all the fall decorations that adorn your area. Stop, look, take a few pictures, (watch out for the dog), they are there to be admired. It sure puts you in a FALL kinda mood.
Have you done any interesting outdoor Fall decorating? Love to hear!
