Got some bling in your jingle?

I like simple holiday displays.  But I also like bling!  So….to get some “simple bling” for the holidays, I added a bit of silver to my family room. 

First, I took advantage of a naturally sunlit corner of my family room, and replaced the faux pears with glitzy elements of nature.  They really do sparkle in the sunlight, and the silver in an amber bowl plays well with the silver and gold palate (click pic to enlarge). 

sliver jingle treeThen I added a little bling to my favorite reading corner with silver jingle bell tree.  And did I mention this is very kid-friendly?
