Patio perfectionWhat is it about outdoor spaces that are so enticing?  Relaxing in outdoor spaces have a way of making time seem timeless, stress seem stressless,  and moods are magically mellowed. Luckily, we don’t have to travel far to experience this relaxing and refreshing environment. Our own outdoor spaces, be it a balcony in a high rise, or a bountiful backyard, are enough to lower the blood pressure and raise the spirits.

I learn so much through observation…Inviting sitting spaces I love to see how people arrange and draw you into their outdoor spaces (I’m a looky-loo). It’s funny how just the addition of  two chairs, or a table and chairs together announces… Welcome, this is a comfortable place to be, you will like it here, come sit and relax. We are drawn to these sitting spaces to drink in the scenery and enjoy the people around us. If you take away these sublime sitting areas, the Outdoor living is goodspace feels cold and uninviting.

I always have my camera with me to capture an inviting vignette when I see it.  All of these scenes felt so welcoming and friendly, I wanted to go and sit a while and soak in the ambiance of the moment (do you think they would mind?).

Water is restfulWith warm weather upon us it’s great to get out and enjoy our perfect piece of paradise.  All you need is a little sitting area to make your own yard a refuge of relaxation ( I might be looking over your fence to take a picture). Enjoy open air living, it’s great for body, mind and soul and don’t forget to relax and sit-a-spell.

4. Hi Julie,

Yes, these spaces are as comfy to look at now as they were when I saw them. I hope you’re enjoying your spring and getting outdoors to take in the scenery.
Thanks for stopping by, come back again when you can stop and sit-a-spell.

5. I would like to shop online too. We live in Oklahoma and the closest store is in Allen, Texas. I do have a sister in Flower …, so, I could make a weekend trip to shop. I have a disability that won’t allow me to ride for long hous or walk too much. I’m sure there are others who might have similar limitations keeping them from enjoying your fantastic company. Shopping online is another way we could do this. I am very interested in on-line purchasing as well.

Sincerely,
Debi
