hotel towel storage
Many hotel designers have come up with great ideas for storing towels in the bathroom that you can duplicate at home.  Maybe you’ve spotted some on your vacation this year?
Hanging hand towels from a towel rod mounted right below the sink is one of the emerging new trends as seen in this hotel.

Chrome towel racks which can be hung on the wall are another popular hotel towel storage solution.  These are usually mounted within an arm’s reach of the tub.
towel animal
One of my favorite hotel towel storage ideas are the towel animals that you find on your bed in resorts or on cruise ships.  Such a great way to add a touch of whimsy to your bathroom decor while having a complete set of towels ready for guests.  For a simple “how to” lesson on turning your towels into adorable animals, check out this video.
Have you seen any other great towel storage ideas on your vacation this summer?  What unique ways do you have for storing towels in your bathroom?

1. Great ideas! Sadly, my kids seem to store their towels on the bathroom floor. So installed hooks for them.

I think my days of towel orgami are still ahead of me…very cute!

2. Yes, Susan, hooks are a great storage solution for kids and BIG kids as well. Of course if you could get them interested in towel origami you might just find them wanting to help with folding laundry — one can always dream.
