20 min chick green 300 If you have been a reader for a while, you know that I am a huge fan of Real Simple Magazine. I enjoy reading my paper copy, receiving email updates, and I head over to the website when I need additional tips or suggestions.

I received an email from them this week that I could hardly wait to share with you. I am not a fan of cooking. It is important to me that meals are nutritious, that they can be prepared quickly, and that clean up is easy. I want a yummy meal that requires as little time as possible. So,I was thrilled to discover - Find Your Quick and Easy, No-Fuss Dinner!

Using this tool you can enter your main ingredient, how you would like to prepare it, and the amount of time you want to spend - with the maximum being 30 minutes; click the Get Results button and find a dozen or more menu options. I can’t wait to try the Three Bean Chili with Spring Pesto. YUM!

If you can’t find a recipe that interests you there, go to Browse All Recipes and the choices become almost limitless. I have realized that since finding AllRecipes and Real Simple Recipes - my cookbooks don’t get out of the cupboard very often. I think I like online recipe sites, because of the beautiful photos. I not only see what the prepared dish looks like, but I get ideas for presentation: beautiful plates, bowls, serving dishes, cookware, etc.

If this NONcook can get excited about meal preparation anyone can. Please share with us some of your favorite recipes! Mmmmmm!!!
