The day before Thanksgiving:
*complete your food shopping
*pick up turkey (if you ordered a fresh one)
*check the weight of the bird and plan on cooking time
*bake cakes and or pies (yummm)
*set the table
*refrigerate any wines that need to be served chilled
*make the centerpiece for the table
*go to bed early and get a good nights sleep

Don’t let the idea of the “big meal” stress you out….let this easy timeline help you with your holiday entertaining….
1-2 weeks before Thanksgiving
*confirm the number of guests (always plan for 2 more)
