If your decorating style were a song, what genre would it be?
“Anything that relaxes, but with an element of the unexpected.” Read full bio.

Now that Deb's family is grown, if she isn't writing or teaching you will probably find her browsing for one-of-a-kind home fashions. She says, “When I find a unique item that I love, I immediately start to picture it in my own home or imagine it being enjoyed by a friend. Add to that a great price…it's a shopper's high!” She has a special passion for colonial times, and finds inspiration for her “pretty eclectic” decorating style in magazines like Country Living and Southern Living, and online at HGTV.com and BHG.com. She blogs from St. Louis.
