The following promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only (except in Puerto Rico) and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not proceed in this site if you are not a resident of, and located in, the United States (except Puerto Rico) at the time of entry.

1. To Enter: Log onto homegoods.com/challenge, upload a photo responsive to the posted challenge and complete the submission form for the opportunity to win one (1) custom-designed, beautifully patterned, reusable HomeGoods tote bag! Information required on the entry form is as follows: First Name, Geographic Location and Email address. The challenge is open between 12:01:01 a.m. EDT on the first day of Sponsor's fiscal quarter and 11:59:00 p.m. EST on the last day of Sponsor's fiscal quarter. Each fiscal quarter begins a new promotion, if Sponsor posts a new challenge for that quarter. Sponsor's fiscal quarters begin on the first day of February, May, August, and November. Entries must be complete to be eligible. One entry per person/email address.

2. Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the U.S. who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Prize won by a minor will be awarded to parent or legal guardian. Employees of HomeGoods, its parent company, and their respective affiliates, agencies, OgilvyAction, and members of their immediate families are not eligible. Entrants agree to the release of their e-mail information to OgilvyAction for winner notification purposes only; otherwise, please review the Sites privacy policy for more information on how we use any personal data we collect from you. Void in Puerto Rico, and where prohibited by law or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Judging: Winner will be selected two weeks after the end of each Quarterly Entry Period by a panel of judges, based solely on how much the photo pays off the challenge question from among all eligible entries received, by OgilvyAction, an independent judging organization whose Judges' decisions in all matters relating to this promotion are final. Potential prize winner will be notified by Sponsor by e-mail to the address provided during entry. Potential winner response to e-mail notifications must be received within 7 days of receipt, or be disqualified. If prize notification is not responded to or any prize is released as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. Entering an incorrect or incomplete e-mail address in the registration process, or failing to meet the eligibility requirements above, will result in sweepstakes disqualification. By accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use his/her name, likeness and biographical information in any and all media for advertising/promotional purposes, except where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

4. Photos. Photos should be in a high quality .jpg format. Photos must highlight a product sold at HomeGoods and must not contain third party trademarks or copyrights unless 1) the photo depicts an item sold at HomeGoods or 2) the photo depicts an item to which you otherwise have copyright and/or trademark rights sufficient to permit uploading and display on Sponsor's website as contemplated herein ("Content"). At the judges' discretion, entries including depictions of identifiable persons, unsuitable content, insufficient photo resolution, sexually explicit or inappropriate content, descriptions or images of animals or people in unsafe conditions, or content that is in violation of third party rights (including, but not limited to, copyrights) will be immediately disqualified. Sponsor retains sole discretion as to what constitutes unsuitable content and will not be liable in any way for disqualified entries. Entrants will not be notified if their entry is disqualified. By entering, you grant, or warrant, that you are the creator and copyright owner of all content (graphics, illustrations, pictures, etc.) depicted in your photo/entry (the "Content") or that you have acquired all rights necessary and will produce these documents upon request to allow Sponsor to use the Content as contemplated hereunder, and you grant to Sponsor a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such Content (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any Rights that may exist in such Content. You also warrant and represent that the Content has not been previously published and has not won previous awards.

5. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize, per Quarterly Entry Period: (1) HomeGoods reusable tote bag. Total retail value of tote bag is $0.99. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. One prize per person/email address. Prize won by minor will be awarded to parent or legal guardian.

6. Limitation of Liability: Sponsor and judging organization are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or entries that are lost due to computer, Internet, or electronic malfunction. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify challenge and award the prize through and alternate means if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the challenge, as determined by sponsor in its sole discretion. Entrants agree that the sponsor, its promotion partners, related companies, agencies, and their respective employees or officers shall not be liable for injury, losses, damages, or costs of any kind resulting from participation in this challenge or acceptance of or use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. 7. Winner List: For the name of the winner send a self-addressed, stamped envelope no later than the last day of the Quarterly Entry period to: HomeGoods Happy Hunt Challenge, Attn: Sweeps Administrator, OgilvyAction, 636 11th Avenue, New York, NY 10036. Do not send entries or other correspondence to this address.
